By placing an order with Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All orders are subject to availability. Payments can be made via accepted payment methods. Due to uncertainty and stability of Zimbabwean banking system, payments to our bank account incur an additional 5% due to bank charges. USD Cash payments are accepted
Invoices past due over 30 days incur a 2% monthly interest charge

3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred due to delivery delays.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of product delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Support and Software licenses are non-refundable.

6. Travel Cost
Travel costs to customer premises are the responsibility of the customer outside Harare. Unless customers make specific arrangements in writing, we charge $0.25 / KM travelled
