Sam Malak is a seasoned technology executive and ERP strategist with over 25 years of global experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions. A visionary leader and entrepreneur, Sam has successfully led more than 300 ERP projects from pre-sales to go live, spanning industries such as finance, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and retail.

As the founder and director of Dynamics 24/7, a Microsoft Cloud Partner, Sam has built a reputation for delivering high-impact ERP and CRM implementations across the UK, France, and Africa. He is also the founder of Malak Enterprises (MEL), a Microsoft and Odoo partner in Zimbabwe, where he has cultivated a high-performing local team and achieved rapid market success despite challenging economic conditions.

Sam’s career includes leadership roles at Forterro, where he restructured and scaled consulting services to deliver over 100 ERP projects, and Absys Cyborg, where he led international deployments of Business Central across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Earlier, he founded and sold IT Group International, a Microsoft Gold Partner and ISV, and held executive roles in Canada’s tech sector, pioneering digital solutions in healthcare and finance.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Sam holds British, Canadian, and Lebanese citizenships and resides between France and Zimbabwe. His international perspective, combined with deep technical and business acumen, makes him a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives worldwide.
