Terms and Conditions of Sale


  • Orders and Payments. By placing an order with Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All orders are subject to availability. Payments can be made via accepted payment methods. Due to uncertainty and stability of Zimbabwean banking system, payments to our bank account incur an additional 5% due to bank charges. USD Cash payments are accepted. Invoices past due over 30 days incur a 2% monthly interest charge

  •  Product Descriptions. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Actual products may slightly vary in color, texture, or appearance due to natural materials and manufacturing processes.

  •  Shipping and Delivery Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred due to delivery delays.

  •  Returns and Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of product delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Support and Software licenses are non-refundable

  •  Customer Service. For inquiries, assistance, or concerns, please contact our customer service team via the provided channels. We aim to provide timely and helpful assistance to ensure your satisfaction.

  •  Travel Costs. Travel costs to customer premises are the responsibility of the customer outside Harare. Unless customers make specific arrangements in writing, we charge $0.25 / KM travelled

  • Privacy Policy Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd respects your privacy. Personal and payment information is collected and used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share customer information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.

  • Intellectual Property. All content, including images, text, and designs on the Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd website, are the property of Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

  • Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd operates.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions. Malak Enterprise Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
